We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results, as SEO performance is influenced by factors outside our control. However, we will work closely with you to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.

2. Can I get a refund if no work has been done on my project?

Yes. If no work has been initiated on your project within the agreed timeframe, you may request a refund for the services not yet performed. Please contact us within 14 days of your payment to discuss refund eligibility.

3. What happens if I cancel my ongoing SEO services?

If you cancel an ongoing service, you are required to provide 30 days’ written notice. No refund will be issued for services already performed, and any remaining balance for the current billing cycle will not be refunded. Services will continue until the end of the billing period.

4. What services are non-refundable?

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • SEO audits and reports
  • Consulting or strategy sessions
  • Any technical SEO work that has already been completed

5. What if I paid upfront for services that haven’t started yet?

If you paid upfront for services that have not yet started, you may be eligible for a refund of the unfulfilled portion of the service. Please reach out to us within 14 days of payment to discuss refund options.

7. Can I get a refund if I terminate the contract early?

If the service contract is terminated by either party, Motion Wing may retain payment for services already provided. No refunds will be issued for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. How will I receive my refund?

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
